Turfgrass Producers of Florida members are dedicated to the environmentally-responsible production of quality sod for sports, home, commercial and roadside uses. Originally founded in 1989 as the Florida Sod Growers Cooperative, the organization re-branded itself as the Turfgrass Producers of Florida in 2013. The TPF is dedicated to the preservation of the the natural resources of our state and the quality of life for its residents. We work to achieve this by constantly seeking new producers, new products and new varieties of grasses; by keeping our members up-to-date on new regulations that may affect the turfgrass industry; and by encouraging quality turf within the industry by sharing solutions to common turf problems.
